Healthy chocolate bars

Snack healthy without feeling guilty!

Ingredients for about 200 g

80g cocoa butter

2 tbsp coconut oil

50g almond butter

½ tsp vanilla powder

40g maple syrup



Almonds or other nuts


Chop the cocoa butter and put it in a small bowl together with the coconut oil. Melt in a hot water bath while stirring. Then stir in the almond butter, vanilla powder and maple syrup. Allow to cool slightly. In the meantime, chop the almonds.


Line a flat brownie mold (approx. 15 x 23 cm) with baking paper and spread the chocolate mixture evenly over it. Place the chopped almonds in bulk. Allow to solidify in the refrigerator and store in a cool place.
