The plant-based alternative that no one wants to miss anymore.
This recipe is rich in nutrients and can be used in many ways. I present mine nutmilk for two reasons:
1. because it tastes better than everyone
purchased type of milk.
2. because I use this milk as the basis for many things can: Mango Lassi, Matcha, Porridge, Sauces, Dessert and much more. For the production you need a nut milk bag or a very fine sieve.
Ingredients for 1 serving
100 g almonds
100 g cashew nuts
1 liter of water and a pinch of salt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch of ground vanilla
Soak almonds and cashew nuts in water for 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Drain, shower and add the rest of the ingredients to the blender. 2-3
Mix for minutes.
Pour the milk through a nut milk bag (pass-through bag) and fill into a bottle with a screw cap.
The nut milk can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Tip: If you are allergic to almonds, you can alternatively use other types of nut use. Only peanuts are not suitable for milk production.
