How to create the perfect smoothie and supply your body with the most important nutrients

Smoothies have a positive effect on our health, they provide us with important nutrients and good energy. They contain many vitamins and are also good for hair and skin.

 

To start the day well, I like to prepare a smoothie for André and me.

On the one hand, my nutritional philosophy is about providing the body with sufficient nutrients on a daily basis, on the other hand, it is also important to ensure that the water balance is well filled. Both can be combined well with the smoothie!

 

My perfect smoothie divided into 3 broad categories:

 

1/3 water

 

1/3 fruits

e.g. blueberries, strawberries, bananas, avocado, dates

 

1/3 vegetables

e.g. spinach, kale, lettuce, herbs, sprouts

If you have chosen your ingredients and mixed in equal parts to a smoothie in the blender, you can still sweeten with some maple syrup if the taste is too bitter. Sometimes I add some nut butter. Don't forget to chew so that the smoothie is digested as best as possible. By chewing, important digestive juices are formed in the body and thus relieve the strain on the intestines enormously.
